- Own personal bank account from which a direct debit can be taken

- Permanent employment, working a minimum of 16 hours per week

- Unemployed and ‘house person’ (with consent of co-habiting working partner)
Ineligible
- Unemployed without a spouse/partner in full time employment
- Temporary positions/agency workers
- Foster carers without a spouse/partner who meets our minimum employment criteria
- Child-minders who do not have a registered crèche/nursery
- Full time students (other than trainee nurses and doctors)
- Supply teachers who do not have a permanent contract with a specific school (we would possibly require the school name and address)
Complaints policy
On the rare occasion that we do receive a complaint, we take it very seriously. If you have an issue with a product purchased via finance and we have been unable to resolve it, please contact TradeHelp Ltd: write to Marchwiel Centre, Bryn Lane, Wrexham Ind Est, LL13 9UT, or telephone 01978 666887.
If your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know, but we will forward it to your credit provider. Your credit provider will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.
If you can’t reach an agreement
If you are not satisfied with the lender’s response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of the lender’s final response letter to you.
